Return & Refund Policy

At GLAMODE, we want you to receive the correct products in good condition. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us.

1. Eligible Returns

A return or replacement may be accepted if:

• You received the wrong product.
• The product arrived damaged.
• The product is defective.
• An item is missing from your order.

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Requirements

To request a return, you may be asked to provide:

• Order Number
• Customer Name
• Phone Number
• Clear photos of the product
• Clear photos/videos of the parcel
• Details of the issue

The product should normally be unused and in its original packaging.

3. Beauty & Personal Care Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, hair care, cosmetics, and personal care products may not be eligible for return.

This includes:

• Face washes
• Hair serums
• Skincare products
• Hair care products
• Other opened personal care products

4. Wrong Product

If you receive a different product from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days.

After verification, GLAMODE may arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.

5. Damaged Product

If your product arrives damaged, take clear photos/videos of the parcel and product before disposing of the packaging.

Contact GLAMODE as soon as possible so our team can review the issue.

6. Refunds

If a refund is approved, the refund method and processing time may depend on the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, GLAMODE may request suitable bank or payment details for an approved refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

• Used products
• Opened products
• Products with broken seals
• Products damaged through customer misuse
• Products without original packaging
• Products returned after the allowed return period

8. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
